This little earring is approx 1cm. Fashioned in Sterling Silver to honour the work of Margaret MacDonald, wife of Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
Margaret was very influential in the European Art Nouveau design movement and this stylised “rose” a Celtic symbol of womanhood was one of her often used themes.
