Hand made in Sterling Silver, each link is formed by hand and soldered to create a chain that will stand the rigours of everyday living and childhood antics.
The tiny heart is also soldered on and we use a commercial clasp that is relatively easy for an adult to use but requires more dexterity than a small child usually has. (Not so easy for her to take off and loose)
The Heart is tiny, but there is room for initials on one side and numerals on the other. We do not engrave, but can recommend an excellent service if needed.
The size provided as "standard" is suitable for newborn to one year, but as we all know "standard" is not a size that applies to children. When you receive it you will notice that we have closed it through one of the links. As your little one grows you move the catch along the links till you get to the maximum length provided which may be one year or 3.
After this you can return it to us when needed to have extra links added.
We charge a small fee for the new Sterling Silver addition and we clean and polish it at the same time.
