We prefer only Happy Customers!

Should you discover that your purchase is not what you thought it was, we offer 100% refund on returned items.

Please advise us as soon as you discover your error and we will advise the correct return address. Goods must be returned via NZ Post Signature Required Courier, to provide proof of receipt of the item at our end. Once the returned item has been authenticated, the refund will be made to your method of payment.

Sometimes it is just a matter of choosing a different style or product. Just let us know how you wish to proceed.

Remember that we re-size free of charge, so if you simply require a different size? Just advise and we will set the system in motion.
